Well, I finally succumbed
I’ve had rising blood sugar for a number of years - tried to control it with diet and exercise, lots of natural stuff - such a cinnamon, and other natropathic products.
But I have a genetic disposition to the condition - I’m not overweight, it’s just a family history.
So finally had another test, found the levels were around 16.4 m/mol fasting - and started the tablets last night.
Oh well, all good things come to an end.
Now for more monitoring to see what transpires.
Already this morning - level had dropped to 12.5 m/mol.

I don’t think there is any doubt that soft drinks are unhealthy and full of sugar, but did you know how much sugar is in there, just watch this video, and I’m sure you’ll think again before handing over another can of any soft drink to your children.
